Day 1. Dubrovnik Airport Arrival
Our driver will meet you at the Dubrovnik Airport in the Pearl of the Adriatic, one of the oldest cities in the Medditeranean and certainly the most visited city in Croatia, famous for its stone walls and old city centre. Walk along the Stradun, the main street in the old city and explore the many palaces and historical sites, churches and numerous restaurants and bars. You will have the day to explore the city once our driver takes you to your accommoditaions.
Day 2. Ston and the Pelješac peninsula
From Dubrovnik our driver will take you northwards, to the old town of Ston, famous for having the largest defence walls in all of Europe. Ston is a lovely small town with numerous restaurants serving fresh, traditional meals at reasonable prices. After visiting Ston, we will head west, along the Pelješac peninsula, famous for being one of the best vine-growing regions in Croatia. We will also have an opportunity to stop at one of the local family vineries and taste some of the best local vine.
Day 3. A day in Korčula
The third day of your journey will be dedicated to the island of Korčula and the town of the same name, well-known and widely visited by tourists from all over the world. This ancient city and its historical sites will surely make a lasting impression on you and be sure to visit the house where Marco Polo that is being turned into a museum. Korčula has many restaurants where you can sit and enjoy an excellent meal among the beautiful cityscape of this ancient and unique town.
Day 4. A day in Hvar
On the fourth day of our journey we will visit he city of Hvar, a beautiful city that has one of the oldest theatres in Europe. The city, fortified by 13th-century defence walls that protect the city, has many historical sites, all located on the Pjaca, the main square and the largest in Dalmatia. Hvar is know for its beautiful beaches where you can relax and swim the clean blue Adriatic.
Day 5. A visit to the Diocletian’s Palace
After leaving Hvar, we will head to Split, the capital of Dalmatia, world-famous for its old city centre, the Diocletian’s Palace, where numerous historical monuments and sites, including two sphinxes from Ancient Egypt, will undoubtedly leave you speechless as you explore the old city. The Riva, the main city promenade, is also worth visiting, where you can sit and relax in one of the many cafes on the promenade, overlooking the Split harbour.
Day 6. Split Airport Departure
On the last day of your journey, our driver will take you to the Split Airport, located not far from Split, and wish you a speedy and safe journey back home.
