PASSENGER refers to a person who are going to use our web page www.macitours.hr to order transfer or tour using displayed electronic booking form, or person who will contact us on mobile phone, or via e-mail
LEAD PASSENGER refers to a person whose name is written on electronic booking form and that name the driver will write on the tablet and wait with it in front of arrivals. A person who is lead passenger need to be at least 18 years old.
ELECTRONIC BOOKING FORM is a form which You are going to fulfill with Your data such as departure point, destination point, number of people, type of vehicle, your name, flight number (optional).
CONFIRMATION OF RESERVATION OR VOUCHER is a written document that You will get on Your email when Your reservation is made successfully. That document You need to have with You in time of arrival. You don't need to print it, You can just it show on mobile phone.
When You complete online booking form, You acknowledge your capacity into legally contracts between Yourself and other passengers. If You or some other passenger don't agree with these terms and conditions You cannot order service from us.

We can provide an excellent service of transfers and private taxis on any destination in Croatia but with main headquarters in Split, Croatia. Transfer service is going to consists of a trip which includes vehicle ( which You order on online booking form), passengers, driver and luggage. The exact route by which You will be taken can not be guaranteed because maps on our page are only for illustriation purpose to know approximately how long the drive will last. We cannot affect on road works, traffic jams... Pickup and departure point must be clarify written. If You cannot find Your pickup or departure point, You can fulfill form and send us directly. If the pickup or drop off location is in the pedestrian zone, we will pickup or leave You at the location nearest to Your hotel or apartment and show You how You can get to hotel or apartment. Confirmation of reservation or voucher will be send to Your email when the reservation is made successfully.
If the pickup is at the airport, the driver will wait You in front of the arrivals with the name of lead passenger on tablet.
In case of some trouble where You can't find Your driver, You'll get in voucher emergency number and You will be connected with Your driver as soon as possible. If You don't appear within 30 minutes ( 60 minutes if the departure point is airport) we'll consider You NO-SHOW. You will be charge with maximum amount of transfer and You wouldn't get refund.
Each passenger is entitled to one travel suitcase and one or two hand bags. If You have more luggage than each passenger is entitled, we do not charge extra, but please have in imagination how many pieces of luggage can fit into trunk of vehicle You order.
You can carry pets with You, but only if they are properly placed in their travel boxes.
The customer books a request for transfer or service on our page www.macitours.hr. Customer will find on page home electronical booking form. Customer need to fulfill all necessary information to make succesfull reservation. It is the Customer's responsibility to ensure that all booking details are correct. The Company's obligation to provide the Service begins with us issuing you the confirmation of reservation or voucher. When You received confirmation that obliges you to pay for the service as detailed in the Booking Form. When You are making reservation, You will be asked to write some personal information such as name, phone number or payment details if You are going to pay with the card. Some necessary information can be processed to other places, but only for the realization of some service. Payment details are well protected and they are only available to banks for payment authorization.
Passengers younger than 14 years must be accompanied by parents or some adult older than 18 years. Passengers between 14 and 18 years must have authority from their parents or legal guardian. In case where all passengers are younger than 18 years lead passenger will be parent or legal guardian of some passenger
Customer can choose between two options:
- Full payment at the time of transfer ( paying directly to the driver)
- Full advance payment ( Credit, Debit card)
Your credit card data provide a guarantee of your reservation, To protect your credit card data, we use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology and your data is completely safe. SSL encryption is a tested system that allows your browser to automatically encrypt your data before you send them. We are committed that your name, address, e-mail address and credit card information required for booking will not be disclosed to a third party without your consent. In the case of fraud and abuse of your credit card by a third party, most banks and credit card companies bear the risk and cover all costs arising from the abuse.
You may change or cancel Your transfer up to 24 hours before the scheduled start. If You need to change Your plans because of Your COVID-19 situation ( You got a positive test) feel free to contact us, and we will cancel that transfer or tour without any fees.
The cookies are a small set of data sent from the server www.macitours.com to the user's computer, and used as an anonymous identifier. Each visitor of our page will receive cookies and they can accept it or denied . The cookies are there to make easier to customer to navigate through web page. Accepting cookies customer allow Maci- Tours to collect statistical data of user behavior at our web page www.macitours.hr. Any user at any time can prohibit receiving cookies by editing / changing settings in their Internet browser. Our cookies cannot be used to infect Your device.
Based on article 10 Section 3 of the Law on Consumer Protection (Narodne novine, br. 41/14) the customer has the right to file a written complaint at the business office of Maci-Tours. We'll respond to the complaint within 15 days of receiving the complain on Your contact address.
